credit application

I am translating a credit application from English to French and would like to know if there is a particular term for "credit application" as regards finance and business. I looked up "credit" on Wordreference and found several translations as well as compound forms, but not specifically credit application. Would it just be "la candidature de credit" or "l'application de credit" or is there a particular term?
