I suppose it is a typo or abbreviation for โ€œCry about itโ€. I understand this as a concise and sarcastic way to say something like: โ€œI am glad you are so upset and jealous of my success that you accuse me of cheatingโ€. Urban Dictionary refers: Urban Dictionary: Cry about it

It is very rash to presume that comments on Twitter are so carefully crafted that they make sense!
