deep processing vs intensive processing

Hi, everyone,
Is there any difference between deep processing and intensive processing, such as in the sentence of "CMC takes the lead in running a whole industrial chain ranging from resources acquisition, exploration, project design, construction, operation, and circulation to intensive(deep) processing", can I use deep processing to substitute for intensive processing here?

How about your comments, thanks in advance, cecile
Thank you, Cecile. I'm not absolutely sure, but "deep processing" seems to be used to mean "intensive processing". I think "intensive processing" is probably easier to understand for people who are not familiar with manufacturing jargon.

As I understand the meaning behind the term used in those examples, "intensive/deep processing" is used in talk about processing raw materials that require an intensive amount of work to convert them into a product that customers want.
