How would I say

"I've just been discharged from hospital so won't make into work today but hopefully will be there on Monday."

Would this sound ok to say:

Je viens d'être sorti de l'hôpital donc je ne vais pas au travail aujourd'hui, mais j'espère sera là lundi.

or : "Je viens tout juste de quitter l'hôpital..."

Note:
j'espère + infinitif :
...mais j'espère y être lundi.
...mais j'espère être de retour or là lundi (if you talk to someone at work)

The future (not natural in this context) would be : j'espère que j'y serai lundi / que je serai de retour or là lundi

"to be discharged from hospital"= "être autorisé à quitter l'hôpital"
