I think in 1 my Dad and of my cousins have received one copy (or maybe more than one copy) of your letter and in 2 they all received one single copy collectively, Am I correct?
That would be a likely interpretation. Sentence 2 does not preclude the possibility that one copy was sent to each person (or one to the father and one to the cousins, possibly).
To avoid confusion in conveying your thoughts about a distribution it would help your sentence by inserting "each" after your letter. Eg. I sent of your letter each to my Dad and my cousins.
