1)he wants a divorce. Or 2)He wants divorce. Thanks a lot.
Both could work, depending on context. I don't know what your context is, but I suspect the first is what you're looking for.
He wants “a divorce” is the most idiomatic, in my experience. I can think of only a few contexts where I might expect to hear “He wants divorce”.
