(Do you) agree?

Hi all,

Informally, can I say "Agree?" to mean "Do you agree?"?

For example:

Paris is the most romantic city in the world. Agree?

Many thanks! ๐Ÿ‘ Smile :)
I think I do know people who sometimes speak in this elliptical kind of way, and don't mean it to be rude.

EB, don't do it to lingobingo though!

I think "Agreed" is commoner - but it refers to an agreement on a plan of action, rather than a matter of taste.
It doesn't work well in US-English. It is understandable but not idiomatic; it sounds like a translation.
You didn't ask for alternatives, but

"..., don't you think?"

would be one very typical way to express that.
