Or a slight/gentle slope. Gentle is probably closer to dolce.

We wouldn't normally say "light" referring to a hill
but slight, gentle, easy, are all suitable
Slight refers mostly to the physical aspect of the hill.
Gentle and Easy are how it affects you, I am a fell-walker I like gentle hills.
