donate after/from

If I were an admin of a fan page and wanted to convince people to click like on my page to make a free donation, what would I say, in case that I didn't limit the number of people clicking but I would count the number after 500 (I mean start from 501) :If now I had 500 people.

I'm willing to donate up from the increasing total number of the 500 people liking my Facebook page.

I'm willing to donate up after the total number of the 500 people liking my Facebook page.

I'm about to promote our charity web page by convincing more people clicking the like button. I mean there's a current number of people clicking our page (500 people), but we'll donate money to charity after the 500 people (501 up, not limit) by clicking 1 like per 1 dollar something like that

It's difficult to recommend either of those two prepositions (or any other for that matter) because the sentence as a whole will still need some revising in order for the preposition to make sense. The only way I can think of to answer your question is by paraphrasing the sentence: Starting from the 500th person liking my Facebook page, I'm willing to donate 1 dollar for each additional click.

Should I say "starting from the 501th person ......." I'll donate money after 500th which means starting from 501th.

As I see it you can do that. It seems it would make redundant the word 'additional', which I added only because I guessed you wanted to have the number 500 in your text: Starting from the 501st person liking my Facebook page, I'm willing to donate 1 dollar for each click.
