En sirop

Hello

I am trying to translate the sentence: "Vous voulez ce médicament en comprimés ou en sirop?" (something a GP or a pharmacist could ask a patient)
What I find a bit problematic is the "en".
My best shot so far is: "Would you like this medicine as tablets or as a sirup?"
But somehow it doesn't sound very natural to me, and a bit odd.
Any suggestion?
in syrup form
Thank you for your answer.
I thought the UK spelling was with an i (that's what is said in the online Wordreference dictionary).
So, if I take your suggestion, would the complete sentence be: "Would you like this mecine in tablet(s?) form or in syrup form?" ?
I would translate as
" Would you like this medicine in tablet or syrup form" or " Would you like this medicine as a tablet or syrup"
