Especially + "gerund" ?

Hi! I would like to ask a question.
Let's take a look at the following sentence :
"You have to work hard especially patient with them"

My question : Is "being" after "especially" in the sentence necessary ? Would it be grammatically wrong if I removed the "being" from the sentence ?

Many Thanks 🙏
I'm afraid it doesn't make much sense.

Without any context, I'm guessing you might mean 'You have to work hard and be especially patient with them.'
"You have to work hard [at a number of things, but] especially at being patient with them."
