Hallo everybody!
I'm reading a loan offer and do not understand what means:
...disbursements will be made in accordance to the contract against presentation of respective documents at the Lender in conformity with the given to the Lender by the Borrower and the Exporter.

Just a general information from a letter. If it is forbidden to ask such questions here, I shall delete the thread.
Thanks for the reassurance, Moroz. I can't think of what "examination instructions" would mean in a sentence describing the interaction of a lender and a borrower. Perhaps somebody more familiar with financial procedures and terminology can help.
