I was just wondering which one is better to say.. when it says 'at no extra charge'.
Its just the second sentence, that I am stuck with.👁 Eek! :eek:

Le spa de l’étage inférieur offre de nombreux équipements aquatiques mixtes, dont elles sont gratuitement à la disposition des clients.

oh dear.. I just remembered from my University days when I was studying french that usually you can only say 'ement' with verbs etc..

I like your other try.
I would have said: « ... sans frais supplémentaires. »
About your first try, I think a word is missing (mis).
An for both tries, your « dont » is not appropriate. Try with « qui » to introduce your relative clause, for instance.
'Le spa de l’étage inférieur offre de nombreux équipements aquatiques mixtes, qui sont à la disposition des clients sans frais supplémentaires'

Yes, something like that, but without the comma, or put it after clients. 👁 Wink ;)

You could also say "... qui sont gracieusement mis à disposition des clients." But it's fine like this.
