Could you please clarify for me the meanings of this passage:

“I’m right to-night,” Nancy sang out, “and my four bits is in the ring.”

Faded!” snapped Taylor suddenly.

“Why, Mr. Taylor, I didn’t know you shot craps!” Nancy was overjoyed to find that he had seated himself and instantly covered her bet. They had openly disliked each other since the night she had definitely discouraged a series of rather pointed advances.

A "bit" is any small coin.
Ring = the area of a table (or similar) in which the money for the bets are placed
To be in the ring = to place ready for competition; to be put at risk; to be a stake.
A "bit" is any small coin.
In the US, probably more so in Fitzgerald‘s time than now, “two bits” is specifically twenty-five cents, so “four bits” here almost certainly refers to half a dollar (fifty cents).

“Faded” means “I accept your bet at the amount you wagered.”
