favorite intention

how would you tranlsate this
we´ll either do our favorite intentions or do nothing at all

my try
hacemos las cosas con la mejor intención o no hacemos nada

One question: is the person talking about what they normally do? If so, it would be: we (either) do things with the best intentions or we do nothing at all ...you can use the word :either: if you want but it's not necessary. If the person is talking about one specific situation in the future then you would change the verbs to the future tense...
