Food classification

If I sell different types of cinnamon, and the quality of each one is different, how sholud I write the name of each type ?
Can I say "cinnamon class one, cinnamon class 2, and so on ?"
You might think about consistency: "Type [etc.] One/Two.." or "Type 1/2..."
