Is it correct to say,

“This is a full faced makeup tutorial.”

Context: it’s a full on makeup tutorial-with everything
There isn't anything particularly natural about using "full-faced" to mean "thorough" or "complete". However, "full-faced" sounds like a little pun when it is combined with "makeup tutorial", so I suppose it has some value here.

What, exactly, are you asking for when you ask if using this word is "correct"? This doesn't seem to be the type of question that has a clearly "correct" answer.

. When I read "a full faced" I thought of "in your face" (idiom - offensively prominent), whereas "full-on" = (as you say) "thorough" or "complete".

What I mean is should I use
1.) A full face makeup tutorial
2.) A full faced makeup tutorial

Which means a full face of makeup
If you want to use that phrase, I prefer "full-face". "Full-faced" is a little more confusing.
All the videos online seem to call themselves full face tutorials. There's no point in changing what's evidently the norm.
