Hi!

How would you say "gazpacho andaluz"? Maybe "cold soup made from tomatoes, peppers, etc"?
Gazpacho isn't commonly translated, at least in North America. It's quite common to see it on menus, although occasionally restaurants put (cold tomato soup) in brackets after the word.
