My coach sent me a coaching audio file on voice-over in which he said:

"...there's a lot of vowels in there. But I'm gonna go run through this for you all in one take so that you can kinda practice a little bit and see if you can mimic me..."

I understand the phrase of "go through", but why there is a "run" between it. Thanks.
I'd expect either "go through" or "run through." Perhaps he simply made a mistake; when I'm in a hurry, I make editing mistakes in which I mix alternative phrasings.
