I think you've confused "icon" with "slogan". An icon would be a graphic symbol of something. We're having trouble determining what you are trying to do.
If you are talking about a slogan, you might try:

The blank would be filled with the material being carved. For example:
Jepara, ivory-carving capital of the world.
Jepara, wood-carving capital of the world.
As others have noted, this is not a complete sentence. Many slogans aren't.
