"Nor are things better once menstruation has been established: for "if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath discovered her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people" ".

I've come this far...

"Tampoco hay cosas mejores una ves que la menstruacion se ha establecido: para "si un hombre debe mentir con una mujer teniendo su enfermedad, y debe cubrir su desnudez; el habra descubierto su fuente, y ella habra cubierto la fuente de su sangre: y los dos seran sacados de donde su gente"

It is a difficult passage. These are my suggestions. I think "habrá" is correct, because it seems to be future tense.

habrá descubierto = will have discovered
ha descubierto = has discovered
