(1) Help + sb + V
1.1 She always helps her mom do/does the housework.-I choose 'does'
1.2 She helped her mom did/do/does the housework last sunday.-'did'
1.3 She is helpin her mom do/does/doing the housework.-'do'

(2) Make + sb + V
2.1 Jacob often makes Bella feel/feels bad.-I choose 'feels'
2.2 Jacob made Bella feel/felt bad last evenin.-'felt'
2.3 Jacbo is makin Bella feel/feels/feeling bad again.-'feel'

My ideas are the words in orange.
I'm not sure about the structure, please correct me.

1.1 She always helps her mom do/to do the housework.
1.2 She helped her mom do/to do the housework last sunday.
1.3 She is helpin her mom do/to do the housework.

(2) Make + sb + V... make + sb + infinitive
2.1 Jacob often makes Bella feel bad.
2.2 Jacob made Bella feel bad last evenin.
2.3 Jacbo is makin Bella feel bad again.
