The county of Leicestershire is famous for its fox-hunting. People who go hunting form organisations called hunts. For example, the Quorn Hunt is a famous hunt in Leicestershire. Hunting with hounds was banned by the Labour government about ten years ago, so I don't know how the various hunts conduct their affairs now.
