Hype

Can I say "I'm hype" when I am excited?
Isn't "I'm hyped" is a right form?
Thanks.
"I'm hyped" is indeed the correct form, but "I'm hype" is very common to see, particularly in places like Twitter or Facebook (and to be honest it drives me crazy 👁 Mad
👁 Big Grin :D
). I'm not sure if this is laziness, ignorance or mishearing - possibly the latter as sometimes the "d" at the end of the word isn't clearly spoken, like the "er" at the end of "drawer", leading to people often erroneously calling "drawers" "draws".

All of which is a very long way of saying that yes, "hyped" is correct, "hype" is incorrect, so use "hyped".
