"We both are carrying identically same (exactly same) bag."

The word 'identical' is in vogue. However please tell me if I use 'identically same' will it be considered grammatically correct or not.
No, it is redundant; you should not use both words together. You can say that you are carrying are identical, or that you are carrying identical bags, or that you have exactly the same bags, or that your bags are the same, but "identically same" is not natural, idiomatic English.
"We both are carrying the identically same bag."

This sentence is double-redundant. You can say one of these three: "both", "identical bag" or "same bag". You cannot use 2 or 3 of those in the same sentence. So you can say:

We are carrying the same bag.
We are carrying identical bags.
We both are carrying the new Giorgio bag.
