inheritance certificate

Hello everyone

In my country (Iran), when someone dies, a court of law issues a certificate. On this certificate, the names of all heirs are written.
What is this certificate called in English?
Can I say ""?
Please tell me your opinion.

I haven't heard of such a thing here in the U.S., so I'm not sure that there is a common English name for it.

This makes sense. If I needed a name for it, I would probably call it a certified list of heirs.
I agree with Owlman. In the U.S., when someone dies, a death certificate is issued.
Nothing is issued which names all of the deceased person's heirs.

I like Owlman's suggestion of a certified list of heirs.

: One of the reasons such a document does not exist in the U.S. is that people have the right to decide where their inheritance goes. It is perfectly legal, for example, for a parent to state in their will that one (or all) of their children are to inherit nothing. I know this is not the case in some countries.
