If I want to express the idea that an enterprise is (I am not sure whether to use "is" or "was") invested by people from a certain country, which of the following ways of saying things is right?

U.S.-invested enterprise
American-invested enterprise
Briton-invested enterprise
British-invested enterprise

If I want to express the idea that an enterprise was invested by three parties, for example: domestic investors, foreign investors and government, could I say triad-invested enterprise?
Don't use the word invested like this, Daniel. Say owned. Say the equity is held by British, American and Chinese investors. Keep triads out of it.
Thanks very much, Thomas! Do you think the following correction is appropriate?
U.S.-owned enterprise
American-owned enterprise
Briton-owned enterprise
British-owned enterprise
