Las cuatro posibilidades son correctas, sinceramente la ultima It's her me suna un poco mal, desconozco cual seria la usada de forma habitual por alguien que habla ingles.

La única correcta como respuesta a la pregunta "Is that Jane?" en mi opinión es "Yes, it is".

La otras posibilidades también son correctas pero en un contexto diferente.

Por ejemplo:

Is Jane pregnant?
Yes, she is.

Would that be Jane I hear on the phone?
Yes, it's Jane. o también: Yes, it is o Yes, it's her aunque esta última opción no es correcta gramaticalmente (tendría que ser: Yes, it is she. No obstante, es muy común oírlo con "her")

I think all responses sound fine apart from "Yes , she is"

"Yes, it is she" is almost never heard in spoken English nowadays - to the point where it sounds ironic, pretentious or even wrong.

Only a tiny minority would say "Yes, it is I" (although I agree that, like "Yes, it is she", it is technically correct).
"Yes, it's me" is far, far more common. Perhaps it's a legacy of four centuries of French domination (11th-15th).
