What does "J. Crew guy" means in this context

[Scene: Street, Phoebe is being followed by some guy, as they pass a flower vendor. Phoebe turns around and the guy quickly picks up some flowers and continues following her.]
Phoebe: (turns around) Um, that's it. No. Hey! You! J. Crew guy. Yeah. Why have you been following me?
J. Crew is a clothing chain. So Phoebe is referring to him as a guy who shops at J. Crew -- I believe the general look is "preppy."
