Hello there,

One of pals is running a business and I'd be glad if you could help me find the right word for the business he does. I've attached a photo of the "factory", he trades with metal, all sorts of metal, he buys and sells them, he has a machine that makes metal piles after flattening cars and all sorts of machines, I know the word junkyard but we'd like to be more specific.

It would be scrap metal dealer for me too. The place itself is a scrapyard (in BE).
