Sometimes Killer instinct is used in business circles to denote an aggressive mentality ,to crush competition(not necessarily to shoot with pistol or physical violence).Will these translations hold in that context also?

No, I think instinct de meurtre is over the top in this context.
You have to find something else.
For example: un style agressif, une tactique offensive...
on peut sans doute traduire par instinct de meurtrier, de tueur ou instinct meurtrier ma question est : killer est un nom est-ce qu'il peut être utilisé en anglais ou américain comme un adjectif par exemple the killer moutain the killer Docteur etc...

La réponse est oui. Ce n'est pas un adjectif dans ce cas mais un qualificatif. Là où un français écrit: le X qui Y (ex "le coup qui tue"), les anglais écrivent "the Y-ing X" (ex. "the killing blow") ou the "Y-er X" (ex. "the killer mountain").
As an adjective in English "killer" is used to mean 'excellent' ... a killer movie, a killer trail ... so you'd have to be careful in describing someone as a 'killer Doctor' unless you are complimenting them ... otherwise, 'a murderous doctor,' etc.
