Hello,

Could anybody tell me if the word leak is correctly used here?

With reference to what we have already commented on the leak of product from the FCL, we would like to inform you that today, according to an email from our customs agent that we attach, the haulage was not able to pick it up because it still leaks liquid.

Thank you!!
I think I would start the letter with
"Re: the leakage from the FCL.".
Your sentence is very long and therefore difficult to understand. If you broke it into two sentences it might be better.
Leak is the correct word.
Just a note: "haulage" is a service. "Haulage" can't pick anything up; it would be much like saying "the shipping couldn't pick it up".

I'd suggest re-organizing the paragraph this way:

We have already notified you about the leakage of product from the FCL. According to the attached email we received today from our customs agent, the haulage trucker/carrier was unable to pick it up because it is still leaking liquid.
