Limbo!

Hello, everyone! Can you imagine a situation, when you would naturally mumble or exclaim "Limbo!"? Or if you would never do it, because you are generally reserved, imagine a bit eccentric cartoon teacher who would do it. Please, describe such situations in brief. Thank you!
What meaning of "limbo" are you talking about?
1) a region between heaven and hell
2) a dance

Also, who is saying this? And why?
Dojbear, the meaning is unclear, a cartoon character shouts just one word, when he can't get through the turnstile and decides to get under it. I should either leave it as it is, or find a better word of my own; the person who wrote it is not a native speaker either, but taking into account the words by Keith Bradford, I'd rather leave it as it is. What would you say?

It makes sense to leave it as it is, because the character has decided to limbo under the turnstile.
Thank you, now I see limbo means a dance here, so everything is fine with an eccentric man crying that trying to get under the turnstile
"The limbo" is a silly dance done at parties, where people try to go under a low pole.

So in the cartoon it make sense to say "Limbo!" meaning "Do the limbo!"
