comment dit-on liver fat en français ? (Contexte : "the link between alcoholic beverages with increasead liver fat")

Si tu veux éviter stéatose hépatique comme l'a fait l'auteur du texte : Le lien entre... et l'accumulation de graisses/d'acides gras dans le foie/les cellules hépatiques.
