Hi, there

I would like to know if I should use "load" or "refresh" in the following sentences:

"The web page is taking too long to refresh"
or
"The web page is taking too long to load"

Load is what a webpage does when you click on to a link.
Refresh is what happens when you are on a webpage and you press F5 on the keyboard - the webpage reloads.
