Hello to everybody!
I'm wandering what on earth this sentence might mean: "They're lying scum who'll write anything just to fill papers". In the dialogue the previous sentence is: "What do you got against journalists? -How long you got?" The phrase is taken from the movie Hoolingans.

Ah ok, era molto più semplice di quanto pensassi! Avevo considerato il "lying" non come un aggettivo ma come un verbo nella struttura verbale del present continuous...grazie per avermi "illuminato"!
