I don't understand "stool" in this context. This is a mobile video game dialogue, which uses rather colloquial expressions, I can't give you more context.

I only met one person in my life who used "stool" in this way. To make stool or to go to stool is an old-fashioned, medical or military term for "to defecate".

Spontanément je comprends stool comme "3. the fecal matter excreted during a bowel movement.", mais sans vraiment avoir le contexte (qui parle, quel type de jeu vidéo, etc) c'est un peu difficile de répondre.

Il y a quelques centaines d'années on disait "aller à la garde-robe" ou "aller à la chaise" (chaise percée évidemment, placée dans la pièce nommée "garde-robe") et le roi Louis XIV, entre autres, utilisait une "chaise d'affaires".
De la chaise au tabouret il n'y a qu'un pas.
