"Mentality" seems to be used with a word referring to a specific kind of a person--for example, a victim mentality, a criminal mentality.

Is that OK if I say, "He has a mentality of hospitality" to mean he has a mentality of a kind person?
I want to make the sentence rhyme so both mentality and hospitality can be easily memorized.
But it has to make perfect sense, of course.

Many thanks in advance.

This is just my opinion and/or style, but I would not use: a victim mentality or criminal mentality

But maybe rather: a victim's mentality or criminal's mentality

For "hospitality" maybe: a hospitable mentality

Somehow "a mentality of hospitality" doesn't sound right to me personally.
OK, thanks for your input, perpend. Learned something new.
