I think they reinforce each other, I wouldn't take that as a repetition, but rahter as the author's choice to stress something (in this particular case, the fact that the person('s attitude) does something more than what has been prevously mentioned.)
Besides, technically one (moreover) modifies the whole sentence, whereas the other (also) the verb 'reflects'.
