Hello
in this part of this book:

"If anybody's got to have the indigestion it won't be him, not if I knows it; he's had
nothing to eat today yet to speak of, and if nobody else don't consider him, well, I must,"
and with this parting thrust Fanny left the kitchen to go to her bedroom." (Kitty Trenire By Mabel Quiller-Couch)

What does parting thrust mean?
Fanny's "parting thrust" is the last thing she said - she left before anyone could reply.

"Parting" means "as she was leaving".

"Thrust" means a strong statement. But it is not used very much. I know it in the phrase "parting thrust".
parting (adj.) -> which is done as the person is leaving (departing)
Thrust (figurative) -> a remark designed to express annoyance or irritate someone else (Thrust (n) -> literally a sudden and powerful forward movement with a sword, which is aimed at the opponent.)

A parting thrust/parting shot -> set phrase: a remark on leaving, designed to annoy, insult, injure, etc.
