Is it correct to use per to mean as of when talking about something that is valid at the time of writing, for example?
For example: Per October 2009 the club has 100 members.
I haven't been able to find it in any original English texts, only translations from Norwegian, so I don't think it's very good. Just thought I'd verify with some native speakers👁 Wink ;)
