Pithy

Pithy is defined as

- brief, forceful, and meaningful in expression; full of vigor, substance, or meaning; terse; forcible: a pithy observation.

- of, like, or abounding in pith.

I heard that word or another word that I had mistaken for "pithy" be used to describe an organization or resistance group as weak. Did I mistake "pithy" for another similar word or can "pithy" be used to mean weak?

It must have been another word, but unfortunately we would have to guess about which one. I’m therefore closing this thread.
