This old shirt is too tight for you. When you wear it, your muscles almost pop out of your shirt.

Can I use "pop out" in my context? Thank you.
Yes. "Pop out" makes sense in that sentence.
I think for balloon we I can say "if you inflate too much air, the balloon will burst out." Can I also use "your muscles will burst out of your shirt"?
You can also use "burst" in the sentence about muscles. In your sentence about the balloon, you don't need "out" after "burst": If you inflate it too much, the balloon will burst.
If fat instead of muscle, can I say โ€œhe will burst or rip this tight clothes because he is too fat.โ€? Are โ€œburstโ€ or โ€œripโ€ both correct in this situation? Thank you.
You could say:

He will burst out of his clothes.
He will rip his clothes.
You could say:

He will burst out of his clothes.
He will rip his clothes.
Thank you Tazzler.
As far as I understand, they are the same. Am I right?
