preset

Hi,

I am watching "The Great British Bake off" and there is a line that I don't understand.
In a scene, when one of the female judge is making florentine biscuits and she says,

"They need to go into the oven, and you want to preset the oven at 160 degrees fan."

What does this "preset "mean?
Does this mean "preheat"?
Would someone explain please？

It sounds like it means 'reheat the oven with the fan already running when the cake goes in'.
