Hello,

Could anyone tell me if "production process" is correctly use here? Or should I write "productive process"? In this case "means for work" refers to the computers.

As a general rule, means for work owned by the company are aimed exclusively to the production process and can not being used for personal and/or private purpose.

This sentence needs to be tweaked in a few spots. We would not say "means for work" in this context. Production process can be replaced with "computers" if that's what you mean. Try this:
"As a general rule, company computers are reserved for company business only. They are not to be used for personal or private purposes."
As a general rule, company owned equipment is to be used for company production only and not for personal use.
