-i am worried about our projected expansion into Europe, because we will struggle as we only speak English
=Je suis inquièté(e) au sujet de notre développement projegé dans Europe, car nous nous éforcions ce que nous ne parlons qu'anglais

Je suis inquiet au sujet de notre développement projeté en l'Europe, nous allons devoir lutter (or simply : cela va être difficile) puisque nous ne parlons qu'anglais.

I would rather say "Je suis inquiet au sujet de notre futur développement en Europe"
