protocol list

Hi. I don't understand the term "protocol list". This is the protocol list of an event. Does it mean "guest list" ??
The only examples I found on the net were medical ones.

A protocol is a standard or preferred method (the on-site dictionary suggests code of correct conduct.) I haven't seen it used in your phrase before, but I assume it is a list of proper behaviors or methods to be followed for the event.

In fact I'm translating a contract on a company renting spaces for exhibitors in Hungary. I don't know if the wording is false or not but it is used only ones in the part related to entry authorisations.
That is why I wondered what it meant in that context (nothing to do with computer science, the state...)
