Nu ştiu cum ar fi mai bine să traduc : provided that – sub rezerva, cu condiţia ca..... sau ar mai exista şi altele?
Contextul este următorul: “Provided that so long as the Company holds its first annual general meeting within eighteen months of its incorporation”.
