Hi all,

If someone is asked to extinguish their cigarette, how would you say ? that they should then pull out their cigarette ? or pull off ? pull down ? ... 👁 Confused :confused:

Yes, I would say "Please put out your cigarette." If it was something formal, like maybe a museum docent about to enter with a group, she might say, "Please extinguish your cigarettes."
