- She often pulls white hair in my mom's head in the afternoon.
- I think ".....often pulls out white..........." is better, right?

Thanks a lot!

Your suggestion is far more understandable.

This may be due to some cultural diference, bibliolept.👁 Smile :)
I would like to clarify this as follows:

Asian people have black hair. For middle-aged people, their hair starts turning grey, i.e they have both black hair and white hair on their head. Normally the black hair and white hair are equally long in the same place. But some people have very few white hair that is much shorter than other hair on their head and this short white hair itches their head. People think this short white hair is unhealthy and problematic. Therefore they often ask other people (often sharped-eyed children) to use a pair of tweezers to pick out such short itchy white hair for them. That's why namlan has the sentence: "She often pulls white hair in my mom's head in the afternoon".

Do you think there is an English word for this kind of short itchy white hair?
I don't believe so.

In any case, we usually refer to "grey hairs".

I would say

"She often pulls out my mum's grey hairs in the afternoon".
